Inspection before check-in

A final walk of the home against RYNE Ready — beds, baths, kitchen, living area, balcony — so issues are caught before guests arrive, not in a review.

A clean that nobody checks is a clean that guests finish. Hair in the drain, a dark TV, a missing remote, an unmade sleeper — those show up after you have already left the unit.

Before we leave, we walk the home against the guest-ready standard. Beds, baths, kitchen, living area, and balcony are checked. Proof photos where it matters. The property is cleared for arrival, or the miss is fixed first.

What we check

Beds and baths

Sealed linens presented. Towels staged. Glass, vanity, and toilet guest-ready.

Kitchen and living

Kitchen reset, dishes staged, TV and climate on, furniture matching the listing.

Balcony and proof

Outdoor space reset. Smell, locks, and lights. Photos where it matters. Home left RYNE Ready.

Why hosts choose RYNE

Questions hosts ask

Is inspection a separate visit?

No. Inspection is step five of the RYNE Ready turnover, after cleaning, sealed linens, restocking, and the room resets.

Do you send photos?

Ask when you get started. Proof photos are part of how we verify — we set reporting to match how you host.

What happens if something is not ready?

It is fixed before the home is cleared for arrival. If a stay left extra damage or a shortage, it is flagged rather than silent.
